1. What if I’ve never taken an art class before? Is this studio for beginners too?
Answer: Absolutely! ArtLabs welcomes artists of all experience levels, including complete beginners. Our programs and studio environment are designed to be supportive, encouraging, and judgment-free. You don’t need any prior experience—just bring your curiosity!
2. Can I bring my own art supplies, or do I have to use what’s provided?
Answer: You’re welcome to bring your own supplies if you have favorites, but our studio is fully stocked with quality materials for painting, digital art, and photography. If you’re renting a private studio, please note that those spaces are supply-your-own.
3. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy for studio rentals and workshops?
Answer: We understand that plans change! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. For same-day cancellations, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
4. Is the studio accessible for people with disabilities?
Answer: Our goal is to make ArtLabs accessible to everyone. Please let us know your specific needs in advance, and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate you. If you have questions about access, reach out before booking.
5. Can I bring snacks, drinks, or guests to my session?
Answer: You’re welcome to bring non-messy snacks and drinks (we also offer a coffee/tea bar!). For guests, please let us know in advance—our studio is cozy and best suited for 2–3 people at a time.
6. What happens if I need more time than I booked?
Answer: If you’d like to extend your session, just ask! We’ll do our best to accommodate extra time based on studio availability. Additional hours are billed at our posted rates.
7. Is there parking available nearby?
Answer: Yes, there is convenient parking near the studio. We’ll provide parking details and tips with your booking confirmation.
8. How do you ensure safety for kids during the Young Visionaries Program?
Answer: Safety is our top priority. We maintain a secure, supervised environment and have a liability policy in place. All sessions are led by experienced instructors, and parents are always welcome to check in or stay nearby.
9. What if I want to host a private event or custom workshop?
Answer: We love collaborating on special events! Reach out with your idea, group size, and preferred dates, and we’ll work with you to create a memorable art experience tailored to your needs.
10. What happens to the artwork I create—can I take it home, and is there storage if I can’t?
Answer: All artwork you create is yours to take home! If you need to leave a piece to dry or can’t transport it right away, we offer short-term storage—just let us know and we’ll make arrangements.
